Camping Safari
This is a three day budget
camping tour to the southern Kenya park of Amboseli. All
meals are provided and the safari embraces a total of four
game drives in this famous park that lies in the shadow
of the Mighty Kilimanjaro, Africa highest mountain.
Day 1: Depart in the morning and drive South
to Namanga, the Kenya/Tanzania border to arrive in time
for lunch. After lunch enter into Amboseli National Park
with a possibility of seeing game on the way to the campsite.
Dinner and overnight at the Camp.
Amboseli National park is one of the most
popular wildlife sanctuaries in Kenya. It is situated close
to Kenya. It is situated close to Kenya- Tanzania border,
The Park lies at the foot of Mt. Kilimanjaro, the highest
mountain in Africa (5,896m) whose snow-capped summit presents
a splendid view on clear days. Amboseli National Park is
often referred to as "The home of Elephants' some of the
largest Elephant herds are found here. The Game Park also
contains vast groups of Zebras, Wildebeests, Giraffes, Buffalos,
Hippos and Antelopes. Also to be found in Amboseli are lions,
leopards, Cheetahs, Rhinos and many species of plain game.
Day 2: Full day of game viewing in the Park.
Amboseli National Park is located at the foot of Mt. Kilimanjaro,
Africa's highest mountain. The snows of the mountain form
a majestic backdrop to one of Kenya's most popular spectacular
displays of wildlife - lion, elephant, leopard, rhino, cheetah,
buffalo and host of plains game, creating Kenya's most sought
after photographer's paradise. Meals and overnight at the
camp.
Day 3: Proceed for an early morning game
drive before breaking camp and drive north to arrive back
in Nairobi early afternoon.
