Day to Day Tour Plan

Day 1: Nairobi – Masai Mara

After breakfast Pick up from your hotel around 07.30am and depart to Masai Mara Game Reserve with a stop over at the great rift valley view point. Here we normally take like 30 min as we get the information how the rift valley was formed, there after proceed to Masai Mara, we will have another stop over just before we get to Mara for Washrooms stop over,this is highly recommend since most of the guests cant hold for long and we always advise our drivers to stop along the way for the guest to visit the restrooms, there after proceed to Masai Mara and arrive in time for lunch in Masai Mara Sopa Lodge. After lunch you will proceed for the afternoon game drive which will take you until 1830hrs, then return to the Lodge for dinner and overnight in Masai Mara Sopa Lodges

Day 2: Masai Mara full day

On this day the whole day will be spent exploring this park which has become one of the 7th wonders of the world, explore the parks amazingly high concentration of game. This game reserve is Kenya’s finest wildlife sanctuary. Including migrants, well over 450 species of animals have been recorded here.The Mara plains are filled with migrating wildebeest and zebra, there is also resident wildlife year round. This days will take you as far as Mara River where the great migration takes place, its at this point where we normally have our picnic lunch along the Mara river, after lunch you will have a walk with the rangers who will walk with you along the river to see the hippos and crocodiles as well as wildebeest, if you are lucky you will be able to witness the migration along the river, there after go back to the car and proceed for another extensive game drive, later in the late afternoon return to the Lodge for dinner and overnight in Masai Mara Sopa Lodges

Day 3: Masai Mara – Lake Naivasha

Wake up call at 0600am, you will have only a cup of hot coffee, then proceed for the early morning game drive, this early morning game drive is very important as you will be able if lucky to see the early morning kills from the big 5, this morning game drive normally takes us until 0930hrs, return to the Lodge for the main breakfast, there after check out the Lodge, if willing on this day you will have also an opportunity to visit the Masai Village just before you leave for Lake Naivasha, our driver can organize for you this visit but its optional, leave Masai Mara and head to lake Naivasha and you will have your lunch on the way in Narok Town, arrive in Lake Naivasha late in the afternoon. Check in the Naivasha Sopa Lodges, relax for one hour and there after you will have a guided tour along the lake where you will have an opportunity to visit the lake and have the boat ride. There after return to the Lodge for dinner and overnight in Lake Naivasha Sopa Lodges

Day 4: Lake Naivasha Hells Gate National Park

After the breakfast, you will be picked up and transferred to Hells Gate National Park, this normally takes like 15min to get to thepark since its just near to the Lodge, on arrival you will be provided with the bicycles, in Hells gate its the only park in Kenya we are allowed to walk or do cycling inside the park where you will be able to have a close game drive with the animals, here you will be with the help of our guide who will be able to assist you to explore the park, on this day you will be able to go as far as to the gorge, then descend to the gorge which is one of the best scenic in this park, afterwards cycle back to the gate where our driver will be waiting for you and drive to Lake Nakuru National Park, note for those people who would not like to cycle in the Park we normally use the Vehicle inside the park for the game drive but most of the guests like cycling, so either we can use the vehicle inside the park or cycle which is done by our guide. There after leave Hells gate and proceed to Lake Nakuru National park. On arrival check in the Lodge and later proceed for the late afternoon game drive until 1830hrs. Dinner and overnight in  Lake Nakuru Lodge

Day 5: Day Lake Nakuru – Nairobi

Wake up call, then have a cup of coffee or tea, then proceed for the early morning game drive, this will take you until 0930hrs, then return to the Lodge for the main breakfast, after the breakfast check out the Lodge and pack your bags, then proceed for another game drive which will take you as far as Bamboo cliff, this is the point where we are normally around to step out of the vehicle and have the view of the Lake, lake Nakuru is world renowned for its masses of flamingos and is often referred to as the “Pink Lake”. Beside birds, it is possible to see small game, like Water Buck, Impala, Rhino and Buffalo in the gardens surrounding. Its also at the same place we normally have our lunch after lunch depart to Nairobi arriving around 4/5pm in the evening with a drop off to the Hotel or back to the airport to catch up with your flight back home depending with you flight schedule where the adventure comes to an end.
